Frequently asked questions

No. You can book directly with us.

Most patients are surprised by how little they feel. The needles are very fine, and our acupuncturists have decades of experience placing them precisely and comfortably.

It depends on what we find at your evaluation. We give you a clear plan with a defined number of visits and recheck your progress along the way rather than keeping you coming indefinitely.

A full evaluation: history, movement and mobility screening, and a hands-on exam to identify what is driving your pain, followed by a treatment plan across acupuncture, chiropractic, and physical therapy.

You can come in for a single session. Lasting results usually come from a short, structured plan, which we walk you through after your evaluation.

We accept most major plans, including UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Anthem BCBS, Healthfirst, Wellcare, NYSHIP, 1199SEIU, and EmblemHealth. We verify your benefits before your first visit.
